The Dreaded Proprietary Rights Notice which My Lawyer Made Me Include (If you don’t understand it let me know and I will set you straight) The text, artwork, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, site design and Johnny Ferreira sound clips on this web site (lets call them the Cool Content) took me a long time (and anguish) to create. That’s why I am going to keep the Cool Content as my own (Johnny Ferreira if you have been following along) personal property.

The text, artwork, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, site design and Johnny Ferreira sound clips on this web site (lets call them the Cool Content) took me a long time (and anguish) to create. That's why I am going to keep the Cool Content as my own (Johnny Ferreira if you have been following along) personal property.

My lawyer tells me that all this Cool Content is protected by copyright and other laws- pretty heavy stuff. Because you are nice enough to visit my site, I am going to give you the right to access and reproduce bits and pieces of my Cool Content (but not the whole or big chunks of my web site- not nice) solely for your own personal use and those of your friends (enjoy). However, I can't let you sell, rent or distribute my Cool Content for any commercial purpose without first checking this out with me- otherwise there will be big trouble for you.
